Pursley Farm Traffic Impact Analysis

WSP SELLS performed traffic impact analysis for the Pursley Farm Subdivision, a proposed mixed-use development. The proposed development will consist of 950 single-family dwellings and a 20,000-square-foot neighborhood specialty retail center. The area impacted includes seven existing intersections and one proposed intersection. The potential traffic impact is assessed through intersection capacity analyses under five scenarios: existing, future no-build, future no-build with improvements, future build, and future build with improvements.
