WSP SELLS performed traffic impact analysis for the Key Harbor development, a proposed residential community located in Catawba County, NC. The proposed development will consist of 1,805 single-family residential units and 20,000 square feet of commercial/retail land uses. Potential traffic impact was assessed through intersection capacity analyses under five scenarios: existing, future no-build, future no-build with improvements, future build, and future build with improvements.
