WSP SELLS is responsible for the highway evaluation for the above grade EIS alternatives of the 322 span (4.0 mile) Gowanus Expressway Viaduct, which carries over 200,000 vehicles/day. Alternatives include rehabilitation; reconstruction with operational improvements; and reconstruction with partial replacement. The construction cost for each of these alternatives is over $1 billion.
