Under the Mini-Brooks act qualifications based selection process, WSP SELLS was awarded its third consecutive contract for a statewide professional photogrammetry services by the North Carolina Department of Transportation. Under these contracts, WSP SELLS has provided the State with topographic and planimetric mapping, base plan sheets, digital terrain models, digital orthophotography, cadastral data collection, softcopy aerotriangulation and image scanning.
