Hudson River Environmental Restoration

WSP SELLS was awarded a contract to provide mapping services to support the clean-up of the upper regions of the Hudson River. Prior to the start of the photo mission, WSP SELLS mobilized 5 survey crews to place control targets along the 60 mile corridor and performed geodetic control using Real Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS techniques. One flight was flown in black & white at 1”=300’ photo scale (39 flight lines, approximately 2000 photos). The other flight was flown in color at 1”=1500’ photo scale.
