Big Tupper Ski Area Land Development Survey

A large developer hopes to reinvent the upstate New York Big Tupper ski area in the Tupper Lake area. The redevelopment of this massive subdivision will affect more than 6,000 acres, adding roughly 800 condos and high-end vacation homes, as well as new ski lifts and lodges. WSP SELLS performed the boundary and topographic survey, along with wetland location survey for the entire site. The firm also did a low level aerial survey and digital orthophotography for this site.
