The tool WSP SELLS created allows a Conservation Commission to click a single button in ESRI’s ArcScene. After locating files to be viewed, it creates a 3-D model of the site that the Commission can rotate, pan, zoom, etc. to view any angle and area of the proposed replication. This tool is built using ESRI’s Model Builder and Visual Basic for applications and greatly enhances the ability of a citizen-run board to view and understand effects of a proposed site.
