WSP SELLS developed the Needs Assessment document to demonstrate how GIS can be used and implemented. WSP SELLS also conducted interviews with the participating departments and developed a list of data, applications and hardware needed to maximize efficiencies within the Town. WSP SELLS compiled all of the information and developed a Needs Assessment document for use in appropriating funds and jointly funding projects between all of the departments in Town. Recommendations were also included for creating a GIS Committee and hiring of a GIS Manager.
