Lake Amberly serves as a focal point for the 1,080 acre Amberly community located in Cary, NC. WSP SELLS designed and managed construction of a 14-acre lake and earthen dam approved to operate as a wet pond Best Management Practice (BMP).
WSP SELLS provided overall project management, coordination of the Dam Safety and floodplain modifications review process, construction drawings for earthen dam, lake excavation grading plan, thoroughfare roadway design crossing the lake including a double 12 x 9 box culvert, bidding and construction management services.
