WSP SELLS is responsible for all subsurface and above ground installations, including designating, locating, recording, relocations, easements, deed descriptions, permits, work agreements, and R.O.W. maps covering Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster and Sullivan counties. This work includes site inspections for feasibility, survey, location, preparation of plans, specifications, construction estimates, construction inspection, coordination with other utilities on highway and bridge projects, and design and preconstruction meetings as required by individual projects. The coordination involves NYSDOT, NYSTA, Metro North Railroad, various county, municipal, and private agencies in reconstruction and new projects.
