This grocery-anchored shopping center contains approximately 230,000 square feet of retail and office space that is part of a larger planned development. WSP SELLS worked with the developer to advantageously locate end-users with specific footprints and requirements. WSP SELLS’ use of the latest technology makes the siting of an anchor tenant, specific outparcel and in-line tenants, and various non-specific users efficient and accurate, allowing us to customize a conceptual plan as the potential tenants change. This permits us to prepare a very accurate plan for our client to use for leasing and sales purposes.
