This 48-acre mixed-use activity center is located in the heart of Cary, NC. WSP SELLS was able to encourage a group of 4 separate owners to work together to develop a master plan for the activity center that combined retail, residential and institutional uses. WSP SELLS sorted through individual priorities to develop a master plan that met the Town’s requirements, while respecting the different aspects of each development owned by the individual property owners.
