This mixed-use planned development consists of up to 197 multi-family, residential apartments and 30,000–45,000 square feet of commercial and office use.
The original Land Use Plan for this site declared it to be mixed use of commercial or high-density residential, but zoning was amended to general commercial. WSP SELLS’ assisted with rezoning the site to reflect the original Land Use Plan, allowing Chatham Pointe to move forward to the next phase of development.
