This project consisted of landscape architectural services for a 300-lot subdivision, including a street tree planting plan and monumentation scheme for the entrance at Turner Creek Road. The subdivision and recreation amenity included site planning and landscape design for their community recreation area, consisting of a club house, pool and multi-sport court on 138+ acres.
